Before submitting please go through the guidelines properly
General instructions FOR ABSTRACT SUBMIssION
- Abstract must be in English and limited to 250 – 300 words.
- Abstract must be structured, typed in MS Word format with double spacing and Times New Roman, of font size 12.
- Title should be clear and in bold with first letter of each word in capitals.
- The name of the Authors and Affiliation should follow immediately under the title, highlighting and underlining the name of presenting Author.
- Abstract should be submitted only through the link provided in the website https://necasicon2025.com/ While uploading the abstract; the file name should be the “Conference registration number” of the registered delegate.
- Last date of Abstract submission is on the 30th August 2025 (competition paper)
- The acceptance of Abstract will be issued by the 6th September 2025 (competition paper)
- Paper presentations will be in PowerPoint format only. (6+2 minutes only)
- Poster presentations will be in E-Poster format. (5 minutes only)
- Templates for both will soon be available in download section.
- Only bona fide members of NECASI are eligible to participate in competition paper
- Any one registered for 7th NECASICON can participate in non competitive paper/poster
- Eligible ASI members can become NECASI members by payment of Rs 1000/ at the conference venue and avail benefits.
- Competition paper category will be given prize money (1st, 2nd and 3rd prize) and certificate of merit
- Non competitive (free) category will be awarded a certificate of participation ONLY.
- Pl mention: Competitive or Non competitive (free) category and paper or poster.
