Registration of conference includes: –
- Entry to all scientific programme of the conference from 27th February to 1st March, 2026.
- Breakfast, lunch and refreshment during the conference.
- Dinners on 27th and 28th February 2026.
- Conference kit.
Footnotes for conference registration: –
- Registration for conference is complementary for IAFM members above 70 years of age, who are currently not working.
- Accompanying person/s will be entitled only to point number 2 and 3 as mentioned above.
- Category E (undergraduate students, including interns) will be entitled only to point number 1 and 2 as mentioned above.
- It is desirable for the Category E (undergraduate students, including interns) to present either oral or poster in the scientific sessions of this conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Registered Delegates
- Up to 30th November, 2025: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Up to 31st December 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Up to 31st January 2026: 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Beyond 31st January 2026 the registration fee will not be refunded.
- The amount to be refunded will be transferred to the delegates only after two months of completion of the conference.
