Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests should be sent by email only.
Refund and Cancellation
- Up to 30th November, 2025: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Up to 31st December 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Up to 31st January 2026: 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Beyond 31st January 2026 the registration fee will not be refunded.
- The amount to be refunded will be transferred to the delegates only after two months of completion of the conference.
