FREE PAPER GUIDELINES

  1. Each Free Paper Presentation will be for 6+2 minutes only.
  2. The Total size of the presentation should not exceed 50 MB.
  3. Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static required template format only.
  4. Illustrations/images/photographs used in the Free Paper Presentation should be enlarged enough to show relevant details.
  5. The Free Paper Presentation may include following sections: Introduction, Aim & Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References.
  6. The Free Paper Presentation should be self-explanatory. Text should be brief and well organized.
  7. The Free Paper Presentation needs to be presented in the given template only.
  8. The Free Paper Presentation should be prepared in portrait format.
  9. Last date of submission: 6th September 2025.
  10. The Presentation should be submitted on or before the last date given.
  11. If the Presentation is submitted at the last moment and problem occur during the conference the organising team won’t be held responsible.
  12. Any bona fide member registered for the 7th NECASICON is eligible; need not be a NECASI member.
  13. A certificate of participation ONLY will be presented.
